Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Mental health is rarely a linear path and too often we feel like progress needs to be measured in the here and now. I enjoy working with clients that are seeking to address areas in their life that they are struggling with. The client I tend to work best with is someone who is willing to look at their life with an open mind and a willingness to work on asserting more control in their journey. I am inclusive of all and pass no judgement as all of us need a space to safely explore our needs.

I have experience in working with the spiritual, traumatic, and grief needs of clients. I recognize the importance meeting you where you are at. I have had the privilege to be present for many as they process their Grief and Trauma. I welcome all faith bases and am acutely aware of how personal our faith can be.

Trust is integral to my ability to exist in your mental health journey. Whether you are struggling with your identity or feeling at odds with the labels the world has put on you I will be a place you can explore yourself without judgement.
