I work with people in transition, who are still discovering themselves even later in life, and who are looking to identify what holds them back. I build a constructive dialogue with my clients, helping them gain insightful into their troubles, even when they struggle to see where their stressors lie. I am trained in CBT, MI, DBT informed skills, specifically for assisting individuals with anxiety, depression, and motivational issues. I am also certified in CPT to help people who are experiencing trauma and PTSD, and CBT-P for people experiencing psychosis symptoms.
