I believe that the relationship between client and therapist is essential for healing, so it’s important for us to BOTH show up authentically for sessions. You can rest assured that I won’t be a “blank slate” when we meet (that sounds so boring!). I feel therapy is a two-way street where you can ask questions, give feedback, and challenge me at times.
