My goal is for each and every client to feel safe, understood, and supported. I'm a nerd, so I love to use neurocounseling to help others understand HOW our brains work so we can WITH them rather than feeling like we’re in an exhausting, never-ending battle. I offer several treatments tailored to the client's needs including trauma-informed therapy and CBT.

While I specialize in working with college and university students and with LGBTQ+ concerns, I do work with adults of any walk of life, affirming gender and sexual diversity, racial and ethnic identities and all manner of relationship make-ups - poly and kink aware in particular.
