I primarily specialize in working with women's issues and women with ADHD. In addition I have significant experience working with folks experiencing: anxiety, chronic illnesses, life transitions, and mild to moderate depressive symptoms

I take an eclectic and personal approach to therapy, utilizing CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness practices, and DBT based skills to support clients in navigating life's many challenges. I operate from a harm reduction framework, a health at any size framework, and a feminist framework.
