I am excited to join you on your journey! I have been working in the field of mental health treatment for 22 years. While I know some things about treatment, I believe that you are the expert on you. So therapy should be an experience not where I give you advice, but rather provide an opportunity for you to come to your own solution you are comfortable with.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and substance abuse. I can also work with individuals struggling with grief, family/relationship dynamics or major life changes.

Therapy is about change. Change is hard. My job as a therapist is to provide you a space that is as supportive and comfortable as possible. It is normal and ok to struggle with making difficult decisions. Sometimes taking the time to explore every side of an issue with someone else can be helpful.
