My priority as a therapist is to show you what therapy can and should be: safe, curious, non-judgmental, client-driven, and even fun! You are the expert in your life, and I am here to listen, inquire, and sit with you as you embark on cultivating a deeper sense of identity and belonging within yourself and the world. My aim is to help you feel comfortable within the discomfort true vulnerability can so often bring. The root of my work lies in a deep seated passion for discovering the value and depth of joy–no matter what you are bringing to the table. This work is for you, and I am with you!
