Personal Statement
Have you ever been told that you are too sensitive or too different? I help my clients find their voice/truth, manage their emotions by reviewing behavioral patterns, negative thoughts, and relationship patterns. I support my clients with breaking free from toxic/abusive relationships. Finding meaning from a religious background to exploring their own spiritual or non-spiritual journey. I also provide psychoeducation on setting boundaries, being assertive, feeling confident, and overcoming challenges. I affirm LGBTQ+ and Black, Indigenous, People of Color, and Multicultural to find ways for healing and freedom.
I treat with a clinical intervention to identify triggers that may have led to self-harm behaviors, suicidal ideations, or suicidal attempts. I also focus on issues manifesting as behavioral issues in the form of defiance, aggression, avoidance, and withdrawal. I try to find ways to promote change within my client's environment.
Passionate about offering a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable environment for my clients to heal in. I offer my clients a platform where they are finally heard and understood. I believe that everyone has truth within themselves to unlock questions and dispose disbeliefs that may be causing anxiety, depression, or other mental health issues.
