I believe that knowing oneself is an important step in developing a fulfilling life and relationships. The story of who we are impacts how we see ourselves, our companions, and our challenges. I enjoy working with individuals of various age groups and backgrounds who are interested in learning more about themselves in order to realize and achieve their goals. I've had the opportunity to work with children and adults to address various concerns. Much of my work history is with individuals with disabilities and their families. I have served folks who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, developmental disability, learning disability, and physical disability. Therapy is a place to identify and strengthen the skills we have, learn new ways to improve the relationship we have with ourselves and loved ones, and work through thoughts and habits that may harm us. I have daytime and evening availability.
