As many of us know, life can take a turn in a blink of an eye. Life transitions, especially those that might be unplanned, can cause uncertainty. These uncertainties may cause anxiety, depression, and additional stressors that may change our way of thinking and being. The question is, how do we manage these daily life stressors? The answer to that is not always easy. You must be intentional in working towards change. The process of change may be affected by various factors, some being out of our control. However, I am here to assist you in this journey by providing support, accountability, and unconditional positive regard.

As a therapist, I believe in creating a safe space for each of my clients. I make sure to meet each of my clients where they are at wherever that may be. Meaning, I allow my clients to express their thoughts, feelings, and emotions to determine where our work will begin. I will utilize my experience, education, and continuous training to help determine the goals that we will work towards. I enjoy working with individuals who are ready for change even if they are not 100% sure how to begin that process. I work with individuals 18+ and men and women of all ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. My work integrates many different therapeutic styles and techniques depending on what best fits the clientele I serve.
