Often we as people feel forgotten, invisible or not wanted. No matter how hard we try to be positive, it seems that negativity reigns. When these feelings and thoughts arise, we all need support and compassion. Encouragement and Empathy through the worst of times can hug tight through the good times. This is what I can provide. Anyone can have a bad day and everyone can have an excellent day. My goal is to prepare others for the bad days and encourage the belief that bad days do not have to last.
